I have worked in the Travel Industry for 20 years, and am happiest when planning leisure travel for my clients.

I travel regularly with my husband and 3 boys 11, 13 and 17 years, and we’re currently looking forward to a trip to Vietnam, where we will explore Hanoi, the beach town of Hoi An, and finish off with a  few days in Hong Kong.   We’ve recently travelled to England, Ireland, Italy and Dubai, and consider myself something of an expert in finding great things for the kids to do in between the museums and culture.  Our kids really enjoyed the Gladiator School that we found in Rome.

Having grown up in, and travelled extensively in New Zealand, I consider myself something of a New Zealand expert.

My bucket-list destinations include the countryside’s of Spain and Portugal, South America especially the Galapagos islands, and I really relish the idea of a relaxing, do nothing at all Pacific Cruise.

Whilst my children have now grown and left home, my favourite family holiday memory was in a campervan travelling around New Zealand when my girls were 9 and 6. It was a fabulous trip lots to see and do. Jetboating on the Dart River near Glenorchy, visiting the glow worm caves in Lake Te Anau, the hot springs in Taupo. If you are looking for something closer to home, may I suggest Airlie Beach it is a great base for visiting The Whitsunday Islands. Ocean Rafting is a great day trip as is Sailing on the Camira.
