Maria has been in the Travel Industry for over 8 years now with almost 3 grown up children ages 22, 19 and  a 16 year old

Family is a big part of life and travelling with  kids no matter how old they are they still will come with you.

We have travelled  extensively in the USA both East and West coast often self- driving  our way across the entire USA as each state is unique and love to immerse ourselves and be  a part of sporting events in particular  the  Baseball ,Ice Hockey, Basketball and of course the NFL Football

Having a European background we are also passionate about holidaying in the Greek Islands and all over the Mediterranean both East and West.

It’s hard to say which is a favourite destination as we love everywhere we go. Next stop Hawaii  followed by a self- drive Holiday through UK and Europe

Lucy Vieira has worked in the travel industry since the early 80’s and has spent most of her consulting years with American Express Travel, Sydney Retail office. (since 1989). Over the years at American Express Lucy has undergone a series of customer service training and management courses. For the past 10 years of her 15 years with American Express.

Lucy was team leader to the company’s largest retail office. She has travelled extensively, achieved many awards and has a long standing customer following. Lucy brings all her skills in delivering exceptional customer service. Lucy has experience in international cruising and has International Cruise Council Accreditation. Lucy has travelled and cruised extensively throughout the world and is looking forward to sharing her experiences with all her clients

Heather Del Vecchio – Travel Specialist Spencer Travel Eastside

Heather began her career with Qantas Airways in London back in 1978 as a receptionist/ticket officer. On her return to Australia in 1981 she continued her career with Qantas in international reservations/sales dealing with both the travel agents and the public and eventually was posted at the international airport in the Qantas Club Lounge. Heather left Qantas 20 years later and joined Travel Creations working as a travel consultant. 

Heather brings with her a great deal of valuable experience in dealing with clients and her customer service ethic is indeed a huge asset to the business. Heather has experience in international cruising and has also completed her cruise accreditation.

Debbie Collins – Travel Specialist Spencer Travel Eastside

Debbie Collins has worked in the Travel industry for over 30 years as a Manager of Retail offices with American Express and Thomas Cook and the Hunter Travel Group. For the last 3 years she spent her life on the road from Coffs Harbour to Canberra as the NSW Sales Manager for Oceania and Regent Seven Seas cruise lines.
Debbie is an Accredited Cruise Master and has had a great deal of experience on many Cruise Lines from family friendly to luxury.
Her many years in the Travel Industry has taken her on journeys through New Zealand, Asia, Africa, South America, Canada, USA and Europe and various other exotic locations where she has gathered extensive knowledge of places to stay and all things on offer for these exciting destinations.
Debbie’s customer service skills and knowledge are above and beyond the normal travel agent with a can do attitude, and she looks forward to planning your next holiday.
